Safety

  • have sound risk management practices to eliminate and control workplace hazards
  • ensure our workplaces are safe for all employees, customers and members of the public
  • apply and demonstrate our integrated health and safety management system continuously improve health and safety performance through regular auditing, evaluation and actioning system improvement plans
  • consult with employees and other stakeholders to provide them with an opportunity for input into how we manage health and safety
  • provide health and safety training to ensure that the knowledge, skills and competencies of our people are appropriate
  • openly communicate to promote awareness and to delegate ownership for health and safety management

Environmental

  • comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations, and other initiatives to which we subscribe
  • incorporate environmental better practice into our business plans and management processes
  • minimise negative impacts we may have on the environment, through efficient use of resources, and reduction in emissions and waste

  • ensure we work closely with our clients, suppliers, local communities, and other interested parties to continually improve our processes in environmental better practice
